WHO CAN JUMP?
Everybody and anybody 18 years or older can participate so long as you can defy gravity for a mere millisecond and capture the image. Kids, don't try this at home.  If you're not yet 18, you'll have to get your legal guardians to send me an email with their contact information. I'll confirm with your legal guardians that your participation is okay. Submit your pictures to jump *at* fakefunk.com. Please remember to include your name, subject name(s), age and the location of where the picture was taken.

NUMBER OF SUBMISSIONS
Please submit as many photos as you'd like.  At this time, there is no limit.

PHOTOGRAPH GUIDELINES

• Must be of any human subject jumping.  No naked jumping pictures please, that would just gross me out.  No launching off of anything (visible or not), that’s cheating, unless you’re wheelchair bound, I’ll make no exceptions.* 
  
• Must be submitted by or with permission of the person taking the photograph, respectful of international copyright and authorship laws.
• Must not have been previously published.
• Must be in a Photoshop format (preferably .jpg)
• Must not be more than 100K with these dimensions: wide images:  467 x 350, tall images: 300 x 400

* I will now accept photographs of you launching off platforms and will post the image as a "launch" photo.

PUBLICATION RIGHTS
Each author must be able to provide proof that the submitted photograph is not contrary to other people's fundamental rights.  All pictures that are submitted and accepted by the FAKEFUNK JUMP PROJECT will be published on the official site of www.fakefunk.com along with all submitted information. The FAKEFUNK JUMP PROJECT retains copyright and ownership of the submitted image. The author will not claim any material compensation for using his/her picture such as defined. The author’s name on your picture submission may be posted on our website. The FAKEFUNK JUMP PROJECT may modify your picture at any time after it has been posted to our website. We reserve the right to refuse posting or publication of anything submitted to the FAKEFUNK JUMP PROJECT.  

LIMITATIONS
All submissions which do not respect in all points the present rules and guidelines will be rejected and will not be allowed to appear on www.fakefunk.com site.  The FAKEFUNK JUMP PROJECT will not be held responsible for any injuries you may incur in attempting to document a jump picture.  Jump at your own risk.
